Squinty McGinty’s Band

Festival Music ActsSquinty McGinty’s Band have built a reputation for lively and enjoyable performances at barn dances, wedding receptions, ceilidhs, St Patrick’s nights, Burn’s nights, Trafalgar nights and similar events over the last ten years or so. Squinty McGinty’s are either a four piece band comprising Fiddle, Guitar, Bass and Accordion, or a five piece including a lady singer.

“Thank you once again to you and the rest of the band for starting off the party on Saturday evening. It got everyone in the dancing mood and it continued into the ‘wee small hours’! Please pass on our thanks.”

“I just wanted to thank you, the band and the caller very much indeed for the sterling effort you made again for us last night. We so much appreciate how you always seem to provide exactly what we need to make the evening go with a swing. You might be interested to know that there were visitors there from other parts of the country and they were bowled over by how brilliant it all was! We look forward to seeing you all again at some point.”

    Regards, Di.

“I think it is us that should thank you for a wonderful evening of music and fun. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening and I thought the caller was fantastic. Very dry and a great laugh. Stephanie and I can’t thank you enough for your time and effort and ‘Whiskey in a Jar’ was fantastic. You topped off what was a fantastic wedding.”
